With deep experience in meditation, yin yoga, and holistic healing, my approach is gentle yet transformative—awakening your inner wisdom and soothing the mind.

Trained in MBSR, BPI, and certified in Reiki, Yin, and Restorative Yoga, I integrate time-honored techniques with modern mindfulness practices. A hallmark of my teaching is the unique fusion of yin yoga and guided meditation, where slow, intentional stretches help release physical tension while supportive meditative cues encourage emotional and energetic release. Whether you seek relief from anxiety, want to dissolve energetic blocks, or simply yearn for a deeper connection with yourself, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

My Philosophy

True healing emerges from within when we allow ourselves the space to breathe, feel, and be present in our bodies.
