Living by Intuition — Arrillaga, Menlo Park

Thursdays • Sept 10 – Dec 3 • 12:00–1:15 PM

A visual meditation series for anyone ready to listen more closely to the quiet voice within. Through guided clairvoyant journeys, we'll soften the noise of the mind and follow the images that rise, remembering our connection to our own higher self. We meet every other Thursday.

The 7-Chakra Series — Willow Workplace, Menlo Park

Tuesdays • Sept 15 – Dec 15 • 7:00–8:15 PM

A guided journey through the body's seven energy centers, one gathering at a time. Each week we bring gentle awareness to a single chakra — from the grounding root to the luminous crown — using visualization and meditation to sense where energy moves freely and where it's quietly asking to open. As the weeks build, we move from feeling rooted and safe toward greater clarity, expression, and connection to something larger. Beginner friendly.

Summer Intuitive Practice — Virtual

Thursdays • July 9, 16 & 23 • 9:30–10:30 AM

A Zoom meditation series over the summer for new and returning students to sustain our practice together while we travel this summer. Email me to be added to the list.

What is Clairvoyance? — Mystic Flora Apothecary, Belmont

Awaken your inner vision in an evening of curiosity, wonder, and gentle exploration into clairvoyance — the art of seeing clearly and reading energy. Through conversation and guided meditation, we'll immerse ourselves into the art of letting images, symbols, and quiet knowings arise from within.

Yoga Flow — Willow Workplace, Menlo Park

Tuesdays & Fridays • 12:00–1:00 PM

Vinyasa-style classes held in Willow's beautiful garden. Open to non-members. I will be away from June 24th til August 2nd. A few wonderful guest teachers will offer different styles of classes throughout July at Willow.

Class Descriptions

Visual Meditation

My visual meditation classes spark your imagination and rewire your mind through immersive visualizations of yourself and the world. With practice, you'll sharpen your intuition, expand your clairvoyance, and create a more intentional life.

Yin Yoga & Meditation

This class features long-held stretches (3–7 minutes) paired with breathwork and visualizations to release physical, emotional, and energetic blocks. It's also a perfect introduction to meditation if you're just getting started.

Workshops

My themed workshops blend yin, visualization, and journaling to promote deep healing.

Yoga Flow

A dynamic, vinyasa-style flow designed to both energize and ground you. Expect fluid, breath-led movement that builds strength, focus, and presence.
